Julianne graduated cum laude from the University of Chicago where she was a frequent flier on  the Dean’s List. She underwent the University’s rigorous “The Core” curriculum, acing courses in math, science, social science, foreign language, English, history and the arts. Ultimately, Julianne majored in Creative Writing with a minor in Italian Studies. Outside the classroom, she involved herself in theater, a cappella and tutoring local kids in reading and writing. 

After graduation, Julianne applied her storytelling to a new setting: the world of marketing and corporate communications. She learned to pinpoint the unique, weave compelling narratives and package them for outside audiences. These strengths translate directly to working with students on essays of any kind, including personal statements.
